Alabama this morning. We see these temps about 2-3 days a year, usually in Feb.

I just layer up (tights and long sleeve compression shirt) and throw on a hoodie and coat and it’s not bad. Sunny and bone dry, at least.

Wind chill down to -20. This is not normal for STL.
